Yesterday, I put in a copy of Windows 7 the complete disk and I got windows 7, but then I've noticed that the audio isn't working. I've looked through every forum and I even looked at the same posts but I try the steps and they don't seem to work. I've been to the Dell website but they only have the drivers for xp and I've tried to look up Vista drivers but I can't find them anywhere. Also, everytime I try find a solution through windows it won't let me update the driver. Please help anyone?

Ethernet Driver For Dell Inspiron
I am a new user to Ubuntu, and everything went seamlessly on the install. Everything is in working order except for the wireless, I have tried different steps to get it working such as the Ndiswrapper and using the windows wireless drivers utility. But everytime I try to install the .INF file I got with the download of the drivers from intel's website it causes my laptop to freeze. When i do the iwconfig command through the terminal it says no wireless connections. I know the wireless is on because i checked in the BIOS. I know there is something i'm not doing right or something I still need to do. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Oh and i am using the latest build of Ubuntu as well.
